The 2dFGRS: b_J band galaxy luminosity function and
survey selection function
The file bjlf.ps.gz is a gzipped duplicate of astro-ph/0111011 v2,
" The 2dFGRS: b_J band galaxy luminosity function and
survey selection function ",
but with figures 1,3 and A1 and their original high resolution.
The file bjlf_col.ps.gz is the same
paper but has several of the figures in colour.
The file response.ps.gz describes the
modifications that were made to this paper in response to the referee's
report. The main results of the paper, as presented in v1, are unchanged.
The main change is the inclusion of extra material describing the
calibration of the 2dFGRS photometric catalogue together with
test of how the 2dFGRS magnitudes and completeness depend on surface
brightness.
table1.txt is a machine readable ASCII
version of Table 1 from the paper giving SWML LF estimates for
3 different cosmologies.
table.may02.flat.txt is a machine
readable ASCII tbale giving SWML LF estimates for
10 different FLAT cosmologies. These estimates use data from the complete
survey as of May 2002.
The remaining files in direcorty figs are gzipped postscript files of the
individual figures, numbered as in the paper. A few of
these are in colour.
