SISCO Futher Particulars

Applicants must satisfy the following conditions:

• Must be under 35 years of age at appointment.
• Must be a national of EU Member or Associated State, or have resided in EU for at least 5 years immediately prior to appointment (so called 'Third Country' nationals).
• Must not be a national of the country in which the employing institution is based.
• Must not have carried out their normal activities in the country in which the employing institution is based for more than 12 of the last 24 months.
• If a 'Third Country' national, must not have resided in the country in which the employing institution is based for more than 2 out of their last 5 years in the EU.

Associated states are: Bulgaria, Cyrus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Iceland, Israel, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Malta, Norway, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Switzerland.
