Welcome Reception
The welcome reception and registration will be held on Sunday 18 June at Palazzo D'Avalos starting from 18:30pm until 20:30pm.
For those lodging in Vasto Marina (and not too exhausted from the travel!) there will be a dedicated shuttle bus departing from the Hotel San Giorgio and President at 18:30pm, with a return shuttle departing at 20:30pm.
Public Lecture
On Wednesday 21 June, Marica Branchesi from the Gran Sasso Science Institute (GSSI) will talk about multi-messenger astronomy at the Palazzo D'Avalos.
Everyone is invited, but note the lecture will be delivered in italian. More details here:
Public Lecture
Aperitifs
We have three aperitifs (pre-dinner drinks and nibbles) scheduled for the week. These are:
- Monday 19 at 18:30pm: Wine tasting at Fantini Wine Store
- Wednesday 21 at 18:30pm: Aperitif at Palazzo D'Avalos. Public lecture at 19:30 for those interested.
- Friday 23 at 18:30pm: Farewell aperitif at 12 Cantin
Please note: there will be a small additional cost to guests wanting to also join the aperitifs, payable at the registration desk.
Participants with additional guests that would like to join are kindly asked to email us in advance.
Social Dinner
The social dinner will be on Thursday 22 at
La Collina dei Colori starting from 18:30pm.
Shuttle busses for all participants are organised to take everyone from Palazzo D'Avalos at the end of the day to the restaurant and back to the hotels at the end of the dinner around 22:00pm.
